ABOUT
Last Frontier CMV started with the hope and plan to reduce violations and Out Of Service (OOS) through training and inspections.
Where did we start from?
Over the past 4 years of being a DOT Inspector with 2000 Inspections under his belt, General Hazmat and Tanker certified the owner, Ricky Moore (Inspector Moore as many of you know him as), got tired of constantly putting drivers/vehicles/ trailers and so on OOS for small things that should have been caught in the pre-trips. After seeing how Covid affected the Trucking industry, he knew it was time for something to change.
An industry that is constantly changing with new regulations is a lot for carriers to wrangle, fully understand and train drivers, dispatchers, ground hands and more to help obtain good ISS scores and always keeping their equipment safe as possible. That is where we come in. At Last Frontier CMV, we will fill the gap in the training regiment, overlook previous inspections, help lower ISS scores, improve understanding of what DOT is looking for during inspections and how to train drivers to better assist during the process.
Our goal is to keep violations on inspections as low as possible. To keep trucks as safe as possible with multiple avenues of inspection levels, as well as customized schedules carriers can set up for equipment to be looked over.
